Counseling Department Mission

The mission of the Central Gwinnett High School Counseling Program is to provide a comprehensive, developmental counseling program for grades 9-12 that addresses the academic, career, personal and social development of all students. The Central Gwinnett counselors will provide best practices guidance and counseling activities which enable all students to develop the skills needed to pursue excellence in academic knowledge, skills, and behavior, resulting in measured improvement against local, national and world-class standards.
